Spray Characteristics

Produces a hollow cone spray pattern using an external pintle deflector.
Offers relatively uniform distribution at low pressures.
Generates coarser droplets compared to a normal hollow-cone spray.
Standard spray angle is 164°, with other angles available.
The pintle deflector is spring-loaded, "popping up" under pressure to create the spray pattern and returning to its seat when pressure decreases to prevent external ingress.

Construction and Materials

In-line design with a 3⁄4” BSPT Male thread.
The nozzle front is threaded 3⁄4” BSPP for socket or plate mounting, allowing installation through a vessel floor.
Pintle design can be adjusted for different spray angles.
Standard material is 316 Stainless Steel with a 302 Stainless Steel spring; other materials available on special order.
