Capacity Chart: The maximum recommended pressure is 35 Bar.G. for metal and 7 Bar.G. for plastic. The chart provides flow rates in litres per minute at various pressures and angles for different nozzle numbers and thread sizes.
Spray Characteristics: The nozzles produce a coarse, solid cone, wide-angle spray pattern with uniform distribution. Droplet sizes are larger compared to solid cone sprays with internal cores. Spray impact is greater with narrower angles, and pressure increases affect the spray angle.
Construction and Materials: The nozzles are a two-piece assembly with no internal core, featuring unrestricted internal flow passages to resist clogging. The spray is projected at a 90° axis from the nozzle inlet. Available in Male BSPT or Female BSPP threads, standard materials include Brass and Stainless Steel, with other materials available on special order.
Order Example: Examples include 3/8” NBNM (Male) 25 Brass and 1/2” NBNF (Female) 82 Stainless Steel.
