Specifications
The Mini rotary spray head is designed for efficient cleaning of small tanks using low volumes of liquid at low pressure. It is an automatic device that replaces traditional fixed sprayballs or manual cleaning methods. The housing is made of SAF 2205, while the balls and other components are made of AISI 316 and AISI 316L respectively. The device is self-lubricating with the cleaning fluid and operates at a working pressure of 1-3 Bar, with a recommended pressure of 2 Bar. It can withstand a maximum working temperature of 95°C and an ambient temperature of 140°C. The wetting radius is up to 3 meters, and the impact cleaning radius is effectively 1.4 meters. Connections available are 1⁄2” or 3⁄4” BSP or NPT thread, clip-on, or welded on pipe.
Applications
The Mini spray head is suitable for both hygienic and non-hygienic industries, effectively cleaning tanks ranging from 0.1 to 10m3.
Operation
The cleaning fluid flow causes the spray head to rotate, providing a swirling impact. It offers three spray patterns: 360°, 270°, and 180° to accommodate various tank designs.

Available spray patterns include 360°, 270°, and 180° Down.
Ordering Information
Customers should specify the desired spray pattern and required connections when ordering. Note that for clip-on models, the flow rate increases by approximately 10%. A low flow version of the 360° model is available upon request.

The Mini rotary spray head provides a rotating fan cleaning action using low volumes of liquid at low pressure. The flow of the cleaning fluid causes the body of the cleaning head to rotate providing a swirling impact. Three spray patterns 360°, 270° and 180° are available to suit various designs.
