Spray Characteristics
The Type KN9F.5 spray nozzle produces a solid cone spray pattern with multiple orifices, ensuring uniform distribution and 360° coverage at all pressures. It offers finer atomization compared to single nozzles of the same capacity and is available in various flow capacities and thread sizes.

Construction and Materials
The spray cluster consists of a body with 9 removable solid cone spray nozzles. It is available with 3⁄8” to 11⁄2” Male BSPT thread connections. Different nozzles can be installed for non-standard spray patterns. Standard materials include Brass and Stainless Steel, with other materials available upon special request.

Order Example
Examples include 3⁄4” KN9-30 in Stainless Steel and 11⁄2” KN9-300 in Brass.

Dimensions and Weights
The nozzles are available in various sizes with corresponding dimensions and weights, ranging from 3⁄8” to 11⁄2” BSPT thread sizes.

Capacity Chart
The chart provides flow rates in liters per minute at different pressures (Bar.G.) for various nozzle assemblies, ranging from KN9-10 to KN9-600.

Cleaning in Place
The maximum recommended pressure is 35 Bar.G. for metal and 7 Bar.G. for plastic materials.
