Spray Characteristics
The DWN19F.3 spray system produces a solid cone spray pattern using a multiple orifice body, ensuring relatively uniform distribution across all pressures. It offers finer atomization compared to a single nozzle of the same capacity and is available in various flow capacities and thread sizes. The spray pattern is 360° 'Ball' shaped.

Construction and Materials
The cluster comprises a body with 19 removable solid cone spray nozzles, available with 3⁄4” and 1” BSPP Female threads. Different nozzles can be installed for non-standard patterns. Standard materials include Stainless Steel and Brass, with other materials available upon request.

Order Example
Examples include 3⁄4” DWN19-25 Stainless Steel and 1” DWN19-50 Brass.

Dimensions and Weights
The thread dimensions are 100 mm in length and 57.0 mm in diameter, with weights of 0.66 kg for 3⁄4” and 0.63 kg for 1”.

Capacity Chart
The flow rate in litres per minute at various pressures is detailed for different assembly numbers, ranging from DWN19-10 to DWN19-250, with flow rates increasing with pressure.

Cleaning in Place
The maximum recommended pressure is 35 Bar.G. for metal and 7 Bar.G. for plastic.
