TESTCOFFER WPCU I N T R O D U C T I O N T E S T C O F F E R T Y P E W P C U -10 01 P R E S S U R I Z E R C O N T R O L U N I T The testcoffer has proved itself to be a useful tool to check the correct operation of the pressurizer and thus keeping the wave guide/cable in optimum condition. The test equipment has been provided with instruments to check • the dew point, humidity and temperature of the supplied air • the pressure of the system and the adjusted pressure of the pressure switches • the setting of the pressure relief valve • the airflow supplied by the pressurizer and/or the necessary purge flow • the dew point, humidity and temperature of the ambient air. The components have been assembled in a rigid case for optimal protection of the instruments and easy transportation The testcoffer is standard provided with the following instruments: • Flowmeter with valve (2 - 25 l/min.) • Combined dew point, humidity and temperature analyser including digital display • Pressure gauge (0 - 400 mbar) • Low capacity flowmeter with valve (0,2 - 2 l/min.) • High capacity flowmeter with valve (12 - 120 l/min.) • -Pressure gauge (0 - 60 mbar) • Safety relief valve • Flowmeter with valve (120 - 1500 l/min.) • Pressure gauge (0 - 1,6 bar) • Calibration check set Remark: Flowmeters and pressure gauges for other ranges on request. • Connection tubes with nipples • Battery for the dew point
