Air is drawn in from below, passed through a pre-filter, and—depending on the device class—guided past a UV lamp. The air to be filtered then passes through the particulate filter (HEPA - High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter H14) and is expelled into the room from the top. This ensures air circulation within the respective room using the recirculation process. The housing of the air purifier is made of robust, powder-coated, smooth sheet metal. This ensures that the surfaces of the air purifier can be easily cleaned by dry and/or damp wiping.
