UniDock System
- High containment level (OEB 4) ensuring safety and minimal exposure.
- Pressure-tight system for reliable operation.
- Available in standard (LPDE) or HighStress versions.
- Incorporates a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Attach the big bag and intermediate liner using an O-Ring and sealing ring.
- Connect the intermediate liner to the upper part of the UniDock System and remove the previous liner via the side sleeve.
- Lift and clamp the sealing ring to the filling tube to prepare for product transfer.
- Cut off the filled big bag beneath the ring using a double clip for abscission.
- Release and lower the ring, then cut off the intermediate liner between the two clips for contained waste disposal.

Dec’s UniDock System* allows the simpliflied charging and discharging of big bags, whilst ensuring a high containment level (OEB 4), efficiency and a reliable operation. It was specifically designed for solvent-moist products and is compatible with standard FIBCs. A protection sleeve excludes any contact with the product.
