DEC Big Bag Discharging Optimal Discharging of Bridging and Sticky Products The big bag emptying stations of Dec are based on a modular design. This allows to be ideally equipped with systems for each product’s characteristics with corresponding docking systems for non-potent to highly active powders. Depending on the product flow, there is a range of discharge devices or lump breakers available. With the use of load cells, it is possible to dose accurately into the receptacle. Lifting frame: Quick and safe loading of big bags by hoist or forklift. A clamping device for loose liners can be retrofitted. Special version available for low height requirements. Discharge stretching device: The stretching device lowers the connection system and ensures a tight big bag sleave, thus, the product can be freely discharged. Massage units: the big bag discharging stations are available with compact, pneumatically operated bottom and/or side massaging units, especially suited to deal with poor flowing materilas or to break up bridges. Module frame DEC Docking Systems The right connection for your needs Suction hopper: the suction hoppers are available in different sizes and can be easily adapted according to product properties. Fluidization cones and/or lump breakers can be optionally integrated. DCS Docking System UniDock System Weighing units: For precise product weighing. The module frame is suitable for loading with a forklift truck as well as with a chain hoist and can, depending on product characteristics, be equipped with efficient discharge supports. Thanks to its compact design, the station is perfectly suited to be used as a mobile unit. Connection system Standard and module frames are available in mild and stainless steel. The connection system with a double ring and lever mechanism allows dust-free connection and emptying of big bags.
