Introduction DEBEM RC (Remote Control) line double diaphragm pumps have been designed for all applications requiring remote or direct pump control via the machine containing the pump. They are ideal products for dosage and measurement during fluid transfer when the pump needs to be controlled / operated by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). RC pumps are always operated via compressed air. Boxer/Sboxer comparison FEATURES Compared to their standard counterparts (CUBIC and BOXER), RC line pumps do not have the internal compressed air distributor (the pump “motor”). Compressed air (to operate the pump) is supplied through two separate air channels (one for each pumping chamber), this allows for precise control of diaphragm operation by adjusting the speed - thus reducing switching space - without changing the spacers behind the diaphragms. These pumps can be used in highly critical suction situations that require total diaphragm stroke control (including for each chamber), such...

Advantages of RC pumps KEY BENEFITS The SCUBIC and SBOXER series remote control pumps are characterised by exceptional performance. Their outstanding power and strength make them ideal for pumping fluids with high viscosities, even if containing suspended solids. The dry self-priming capacity from considerable draft heights, the possibility of fine-tuning the speed without pressure loss and the possibility of running idle without damage provide the pumps with an unprecedented level of versatility. The wide selection of composition materials allows for optimal chemical compatibility with the...

Diaphragms The diaphragms are exposed to the most stress during suction and pumping, a process during which they are also exposed to aggressive chemicals and fluid temperature. Correct diaphragm evaluation and choice plays a decisive role in determining service life as well as investments and maintenance costs. A modern design process, destructive tests and in-depth analysis of the results allow DEBEM to develop the new generation LONG LIFE diaphragms. The profile and shape of the products offer a larger work surface and improved load redistribution, minimising material stress and yield....
