Series 2005 Product Overview
The Series 2005 horizontal hold down clamps are designed with increased handle clearance to reduce pinch points. They are compatible with the mounting pattern of Model 205 but offer three times the holding capacity. These clamps are suitable for applications in assembly and closures.

The clamps are available in two models: 2005-S (Solid Bar) and 2005-U (U-Bar). They are covered under U.S./International patents for at least one year. The clamps accommodate M4 or #8 spindle accessories.

Holding Capacities
The 2005-U model has a holding capacity of 800 N (180 lbf) with a clamp bar opening of 74° and a handle opening of 62°. It weighs 0.05 kg (0.10 lb) and includes spindle assembly 205208-M and flanged washers 105106. The 2005-S model has a holding capacity of 450 N (100 lbf).
