De Dietrich offers the MultiProbe® Sampling System, a Plug & Play solution designed for taking representative samples in highly corrosive environments safely and efficiently.
Characteristics
The MultiProbe® system is operational immediately upon installation, requiring no further adjustments. It is designed for easy installation on small reaction units and can be integrated into congested environments. The system allows for complete cleaning of the sampling circuit using an appropriate solvent, ensuring no contamination during sampling. It supports nozzle sizes up to DN300 and vessel volumes up to 37,000L. Functions include sampling, baffle effect, process temperature measurement, and pH measurement. Safety features include nitrogen overpressure to prevent product penetration in case of leakage and a bottle detection system that inhibits functions if the bottle is not in place.
