Unwinder Features

The Panthere 6 features a new modular slitting unit with an automatic positioning system for circular knives or razors. Options include ASP Essential (counter knives only), ASP-C (counter and circular knives), and ASP-P (counter knives and pneumatic knives).
Rewinding Shaft
The rewinding shaft support has a new design with a mechanical blocking system. It can accommodate friction or pneumatic shafts of 3 or 6 inches, with other sizes available upon request.
Advanced Positioning and Control
The machine includes a motorized positioning laser device for manual or automatic setting with ASP, a reel pusher for transferring slit reels, and a full package B&R system with a touchscreen panel, PLC, precise parameter adjustment, and data storage. A load cell provides automatic tension control.
