Introduction
Dawson Construction Plant Ltd provides a heavy-duty capping system for sheet piles, featuring redeb support brackets and multi-pile soffit shutters. The system is designed to handle significant loads and offers flexibility in installation.

Specifications
The system can support a vertical load of up to 10 tonnes per metre. It allows for a maximum pile depth of 2 metres from the pile face to be cast. The redeb support brackets are adaptable to both flat and round pile faces, with a minimum width of 170mm. Installation requires a single Ø85mm hole in the pile face, and the brackets are secured using a location cam that rotates 180° for quick setup and removal. Adjustments for height and angle are possible within +/- 25mm.

Features
The multi-pile soffit shutters consist of 148 adjustable bars that conform to the pile wall contour, eliminating the need for profiled plywood infills. Concrete can be poured directly onto these bars. The system includes a built-in safety handrail.

Weight and Dimensions
The soffit panel weighs 2000 kg and measures 3000 x 2250 x 380 mm. Each bracket weighs 500 kg and measures 2850 x 1840 x 170 mm.
