Overview
HDPE and PP sheet extrusion systems are designed for both packaging and custom sheet applications. These systems cater to a wide range of processing capacities, from hundreds to thousands of pounds per hour, and are suitable for machinable or thermoformable industrial and recreational products.

XP Express® Systems
These systems are tailored for HDPE or PP packaging and custom sheet applications with widths ranging from 36 to 80 inches (914 to 2,030mm). They utilize direct roll actuation technology and are suitable for applications such as thermoform packaging, embossed sheets, cut-to-length sheets, slip sheets, and barrier sheets.

EX-M-PLAR® Systems
Designed for heavy gauge sheets up to 1 1/2 inches (38mm) thick and widths up to 180 inches (4,570mm), these systems also use direct roll actuation technology. Applications include cut-to-length sheets, thermoformed sheets, partitions, marine and automotive liners, dunnage, and slip sheets.

Technical Advantages
The systems offer a high-quality extrusion melt system, energy-efficient and precision AC drive technology, optional hands-free technology, precision temperature control cooling systems, and automated downstream winding or cutting systems. They feature an integrated control system, which can be discrete or PLC-based.
