ADVANCE PROGRAM EXTRUSION INSTALLATIONS AND START-UPS OVERVIEW PROGRAM FEATURES At Davis-Standard, we provide a “Turnkey” installation package that includes equipment erection and “system” start-up. This comprehensive approach allows our experienced team to focus on installing and commissioning our machinery so your people can focus on producing and delivering a high quality product to your customers. As part of every installation package, a complete set of engineering drawings are produced. These include designed pipe and ductwork layouts and details of all required electrical field interconnections. This engineering is custom for every project and includes all major systems to ensure that the machine and building are compatible. The benefits of this drawing package include: We have been providing this service since 1971 and have completed more than 200 projects, both domestically and internationally. Our package includes: Installation Engineering Material Purchasing Field Labor, Materials and Tools Erection Supervision and Start-Up Assistance = Allows for procurement of a competitive firm price, lump sum bid for each trade. Allows for purchase of supplemental materials required to install the machinery, but not furnished as part of the machinery contract. (i.e., anchor bolts, valves/ hoses, power distribution panel). Allows the contractors to install the machinery in a minimum time with less rework by following pre-determined layouts. Gives a record of how a machine was installed. (All drawings provided on CD).
