ELASTOMER At A Glance DAVIS-STANDARD UTH GEAR EXTRUDER www.davis-standard.com The Davis-Standard Uth gear extruder provides rubber processors with an effective solution for improving product quality and extrusion processes. This extruder can be used independently or in tandem with a single screw extruder to pre-screen rubber and remove impurities, eliminating the need for screening during the extrusion process. • Two-roll feeder for single or multiple strip feed operation • 200mm, 300mm, and 370mm screen diameters • Multiple temperature control zones • Hydraulic clamp and adjustable hinged head • Touch-screen PLC control • Pre-piped and wired on a common base for easy installation
