2500mm COEXTRUSION SYSTEM OVERVIEW Blown Film Systems provide high technology and quality films with increased production rates. The systems are designed with versatility in mind and at an excellent value. Available in mono, 3-Layer, 5-Layer, and 7-Layer configurations, the system positions the converter to exploit future markets. The machine is designed with many standard features and available options to meet the requirements of current and future markets. The machines use sophisticated touch screen controls and feature integrated packages for blenders, gauging, profile control, IBC and full line control. Optional electrical container can be provided with power distribution and drive controls. SLC Surface Winders are standard and the dual turret Model 1150 is available for a limited floor space option. The die diameter size is determined knowing the desired layflat width range and Blow Up Ratio requirements for the products. For three layer systems; use the extruder configuration chart for determining the proper extruder package. Larger extruders may be required for the Triple Lip Air Ring option.
