METERING VALVE WITH HAND-GRIP DAV 300 MAN DAV TECH SRL Via Ravizza, 30 36075 Montecchio Maggiore (VI) - ITALY Tel. 0039 0444 574510 Fax 0039 0444 574324 davtech@davtech.it www.davtech.it The metering valve DAV 300 MAN is designed to dispense manually, but with the highest accuracy and repeatability greases and lubricants up to NLGI 3 (until 1,000,000 mPa s). The ergonomic hand-grip make the valve simple to keep in hand and operate. It’s available with vertical (DAV 300 MAN-V) or horizontal (DAV 300 MAN-0) hand-grip. The volumetric chamber has a capacity adjustable from 0,1 to 2,0 cm3 and with a special sensor is possible to check the emptying of the dosing chamber, for the highest control of the assembly process. FEEDING PUMPS FOR GREASE DAV Tech pumps are ideal to feed grease and lubricants,contained in cans or drums, to the valve DAV 300 MAN. Pumps are available for cans from 0.5 up to 5 kg and for 5 to 200 kg drums. NOZZLES FOR VALVE DAV 300 MAN The valve DAV 300 MAN is equipped with luer lock nozzle holder or alternatively with a threaded nozzle 1/8 BSP female. We can also design and build special nozzles (multi-point, radial, etc.) to meet the customer needs.
