The system, managed trough a dedicated controller, with touch screen color display, allow to dispense in a reliable and consistend way, dots or beads of 2k resins, and to make controlled potting cycle A controlled motor, with encoder and closed loop management, extrude with adjustable amount and flow the 2 cartridges. Trough a suck back function, is possible to avoid any residual pressure inside the cartridges, allowing a fast stop of the flow. The system is developed to be mounted on a fixture, to be moved by a robot or an XYZ system, or to be hanged to a reaction arm.
