The controller allows very fast setup and commissioning of the system, and has been designed to manage spray valve spray applications; it guarantees the possibility of saving different recipes, each with its own personalized dispensing parameters and it also has a cycle counter function. The interface to PLC or production monitoring systems is simple and allows to check or modify the parameters of the dispensing system The control unit is also able to manage both the control air of the spray valve and the nebulization air, with the possibility of managing both with different timings to optimize spraying.
