Product catalog summary
General Information on Disposable Clothing
Disposable clothing, including coveralls, aprons, and trousers, is crucial in cleanroom environments. These garments come in various designs and qualities, with antistatic options available. For handling toxic materials, sealed disposable coveralls are recommended. Additional items include fleece caps, overshoes, face masks, and sleeve protectors, with sterile options available upon request.
Quality and Testing of Disposable Clothing
Not all disposable clothing is suitable for high-level cleanrooms (ISO 5). Only pre-cleaned disposable garments match textile cleanroom garments in particle dispensation. Quality varies among suppliers, so users should verify suitability before use.
Disposable Caps and Beard Protection
Disposable caps are made from high-quality, non-woven fleece material, latex-free, and available in various sizes and colors. Beard protection is available in a universal size.
Disposable Face Masks
Face masks are assessed for comfort, filter performance, and quality. They come in standard and extra-wide versions, with options for tying or elastic loops. Kimberly & Clark offers high-quality masks suitable for cleanrooms, available in sterile and non-sterile versions.
Face Mask Accessories
Accessories like holding clips for face masks with ear loops enhance comfort and ease of use. Face veils and masks with integrated visors offer additional protection and comfort.
Tyvek® Disposable Clothing
Tyvek® is favored for disposable cleanroom clothing due to its particle impermeability and splash resistance. It is available in various designs, including coveralls and coats, and can be delivered sterile.
Alternatives to Tyvek®
Other manufacturers offer a range of disposable clothing options. Users should ensure these alternatives meet their specific requirements to avoid risks.
