Laser shearography (Q-800) - 1

Abbildung 1 Abbildung 2 > Very fast non-destructive Inspection of Composite Materials and Bondings Laser Shearography System Q-800 The Laser-Shearography-System Q-800 is a fully portable and compact measuring system for non contact, full field, and non-destructive inspection of any material. The system is best suited for inspection of complex materials and material combinations, i.e. composites, such as fibre reinforced plastics, honeycomb struc- tures, glare, etc. Proven Technique Very fast full-field Inspection Laser shearography inspection has been ap-proved by leading aircraft manufacturers as an inspection tool for production and maintenance applications. The Q-800 System allows detection of delami-nations, debondings, cracks, voids, impact damages, failed repair areas and other types of defects on components. The shearography inspection system delivers rapid information about the inspected components in very short time, with minimum preparation and measurement effort. Typical inspection times are 10 to 30 seconds per image. >
