The Danobat T3CH drilling solution features three independent drill-heads with an automatic tool changing system. It is capable of performing multiple functions including external countersinking, counterboring, threading, centerpointing, and marking, each with a dedicated tool. The system supports CAD/CAM programming in 3D, displays programmed jobs, and allows the importation of DSTV, CAM, XML, and SAT files. Precision and Clamping
The T3CH ensures precision with displacing units guided on two high precision linear guides, driven by a ground ballscrew system and a brushless motor with an absolute encoder. For optimal precision during drilling, it is equipped with robust horizontal clamps and four vertical clamps with hydraulic cylinders. The tool application allows marking on all four sides of any beam.
