Specifications:
DAN-doors fire sliding doors are certified with a 60-minute fire rating according to BS 60 and DS 1052-2 standards. They feature fixed labyrinths made of stainless steel and are available in both 1- and 2-leaf configurations, with options for manual or automatic operation. The doors have a thickness of 65 mm and can be custom-made up to a maximum size of 4800 mm width by 3600 mm height. The insulation is made from non-organic materials with excellent properties.

Materials and Construction:
The door leaf is constructed from plastisol-coated galvanized steel or stainless steel, available in polished, circle polished, or rigidised finishes, ensuring easy cleaning and compliance with hygiene standards. The frame is made from 1.0 mm stainless steel, insulated with non-organic material, and includes installation holes with matching plastic caps. The sliding rail and rollers are made from stainless steel AISI 304.

Features:
The doors include stainless steel handles, a bottom guide rail, and fittings made from stainless steel AISI 304. A counterweight box made of stainless steel ensures the door can close from any open position, with an optional eddy-current brake for larger doors. Safety features include a fusible link for 70°C or a magnetic hold system.

Additional Equipment:
Optional features include tooth belt automation, sliding rail protection, padlock fittings with or without emergency opening devices, eddy-current brakes, ABDL central with smoke detectors and control unit, emergency hatches, and kick plates.
