The Damcos™ BRC 125 is a hydraulic double-acting balanced rotary actuator designed for 90° quarter-turn operations. It operates within a recommended pressure range of 30 to 135 bar and has a burst test pressure of 675 bar. The total dry weight, including the mounting set, is 5.3 kg, and it has an oil displacement of 0.026 liters.
Temperature Range:
- Normal application: -25°C to +80°C (NBR Seal set)
- High temperature application: -20°C to +120°C (Viton® Seal set)
- Low temperature application: -45°C to +40°C (T.L.T. NITRIL Seal set)
Hydraulic Media and Viscosities:
The actuator is recommended to use acid-free hydraulic oil with a viscosity range of 15-200 cSt. For specific brands and other media, refer to a separate data sheet.

The actuator is shown in a closed position with specific port configurations for opening and closing. Detailed dimensions are provided in millimeters.
Performance:
