High speed: the IL-P3 offers a single output at 40MHz, delivering line rates to 73 kHz with consistently high image quality. Improved "pinned photodiode" pixels using DALSA advanced surface gated photodiode technology help the IL-P3 offer very low image lag and high responsivity. Single output design reduces the cost and complexity of support electronics. Two-phase clocking reduces the cost and complexity of drive electronics. <5 Volt Clocks can be driven with widely available components, helping reduce system power requirements. Lower power dissipation means less heat is generated by the device. Since heat can manifest itself as noise, lower voltage designs can have lower noise, giving you a higher fidelity image.
