Toundra cell

Product catalog summary
Specifications:
Toundra refrigeration cells are constructed with panels featuring camelocks, available in thicknesses of 60 or 100 mm. The panels are coated with iceberg white powder-coated smooth steel and have a high-density polyurethane foam core that is HCFC-free. The fire reaction class is C,s3-d0, with an option for B,s3-d0 (M1). The thermal conductivity is λ= 0.023 W/m/°C, and the density is 40 kg/m³. Uc values are 0.37 W/m².°C for 60 mm thickness and 0.22 W/m².°C for 100 mm thickness.

Floor Specifications:
The floor panels also use camelocks and are available in the same thicknesses. The lower facing is lacquered steel, while the upper facing consists of 9 mm plywood with phenolic resin and an anti-skid hexagonal shape. These facings are suitable for food contact.

Junctions:
Inside junctions feature integrated rounded angles with a radius of 15 mm, while outside junctions have rounded angles and corners in matching colors, designed for easy cleaning.

Dimensions and Configurations:
The cells are offered in 246 configurations, with inside heights of 185.5 cm or 203 cm. Length and width range from 123 x 123 cm to 243 x 243 cm, depending on the configuration. The design allows for U-shaped shelving and door location permutation.

Options and Accessories:
Available options include shelving with a maximum load per level of 90 or 120 kg, a striking plate with electrical contact, a pressure relief valve, and ventilation rafters. Isothermal hinged doors are reversible and available in different sizes.

Recommendations:
To optimize cold room operation and reduce energy consumption, regular maintenance is advised. This includes checking internal temperatures, gaskets, and ironmongery. Cleaning should be done with non-abrasive agents at temperatures below 30°C, avoiding large quantities of water in negative temperature rooms.
