Specifications:

Panels: Made of phenolic resin with camlocks, 80 mm thick, coated with iceberg white powder-coated smooth steel. They have a polyurethane foam core, high density, and are HCFC-free. Thermal conductivity is λ = 0.023 W/m.K with a density of 40 kg/m³ and a Uc value of 0.28 W/m².K.
Floors: Also 80 mm thick with a lower facing of lacquered steel and an upper facing of 9 mm plywood with phenolic resin and anti-skid hexagonal shape. No rolling load is supported.
Junctions: Use 80 x 80 mm white PVC angles filled with polyurethane for negative temperatures, with direct camlock connections.

Design and Installation: The Optima cells feature a design without horizontal angles for aesthetic appeal and quick installation, taking less than an hour for two people. The cells support U-shaped shelving from a width of 160 cm to optimize internal volume. Doors are reversible for 2 m high cells and modifiable on-site for 2.3 m high cells.

Dimensions:

Inside Height: 200 cm or 230 cm.
Inside Dimensions: Length x width ranges from 120 x 120 cm to 240 x 320 cm by modules of 20 cm.
Outside Height: Inside height + 16 cm (excluding floor bearers).
Outside Dimensions: Inside dimensions + 16 cm.

Doors: Isothermal hinged doors are 200 x 80 cm, reversible or right-hinged with a possibility to change on-site. They feature a PET complex cladding for durability, a key lock with inside safety opening, and a heating frame for negative temperatures.

Options and Accessories:

Shelvings with 3 or 4 levels, maximum load per level 120 kg, available in L or U configurations.
Striking plate with electrical contact for light control and cooling stop when the door opens.
Pressure relief valve and ventilation rafters available.

Optima The thickness 80 mm of OPTIMA cells allows to use them either at positive or negative temperatures. The new design without horizontal angles procures high aesthetics and saves significant time for installation. The «calepinage» allows the installation of U shape shelvings from the width 160 cm, in order to optimise the filling of the internal cell volume.
