It is manufactured with cutting-edge Swiss technology, using silicon nitride-coated photopolymer films and silicon crystal semiconductors as conductive elements. It has built-in chlorine and temperature probes. Through MEMS technology, microelectronic components are injection-molded and encapsulated. As the free chlorine or chlorine dioxide concentration in the water sample changes, the sensor generates different current intensities, which are processed by a regulator and signal amplifier, and converted into standard Modbus RS485 signals.
