Product catalog summary
Specifications and Approvals:
Cyberbond U356 is a high-viscosity UV-curable adhesive with a base compound of modified acrylate. It appears as a light straw liquid with a specific gravity of 1.1 g/cc and a flash point greater than 95°C. The shelf life is 6 months, and it should be stored at 8°C to 21°C in darkness. The product is RoHS-compliant.

Physical Properties - Cured Polymer:
The cured polymer is a colorless solid with a tack-free surface. It has a setting time of seconds and a full cure time of 24 hours. The Shore hardness is measured in Shore A and Shore D, with an optimal wavelength of 300 nm for polymerization.

Performance of Cured Adhesive:
The adhesive demonstrates solvent resistance on various substrates such as metal, PETG, glass, PMMA, and PC. It is resistant to nitrite, muriatic acid, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetone, benzophenone, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, weak aqueous bases, and weak aqueous acids. However, it is not recommended for use with halogenated hydrocarbons.

General Instructions:
Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and dry. Apply a thin film of adhesive and expose to UV light for curing. Maximum strength is achieved in 24 hours. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid extreme temperatures and do not refrigerate.

General Instructions Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and dry. Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film layer after compression. Press parts together and expose to UV dose when ready. An adequate bond should develop rapidly, depending on UV dose efficacy, and maximum strength is attained in 24 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap. Cyberlite products, if left uncapped or exposed to sunlight, may deteriorate or cure prematurely. For safe handling information on this product, consult the Material Safety Data Sheet...
