Curing Performance

BLAST 6002 is designed to speed the curing of Apollo cyanoacrylates, especially in low humidity or acidic conditions. It can be applied to the opposite surface from the adhesive or directly to the adhesive joint using a brush, pump sprayer, or dropper. Smaller bond line gaps increase set speed, but activators may impair adhesive performance.

Application Instructions
  • Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry.
  • Apply Apollo cyanoacrylate to one surface only.
  • Use BLAST accelerators as needed, either pre-applied or post-applied. Allow BLAST to evaporate if pre-applied.
  • Note: Test first as BLAST may adversely affect some plastics and materials.
