Product catalog summary
Introduction to Ultrasonic Oxygen Sensor
An ultrasonic oxygen sensor is an electronic device that measures the proportion of oxygen in a gas or liquid. It is widely used in medical applications such as anesthesia monitors, respirators, and oxygen concentrators. The sensor utilizes ultrasonic technology to detect gas flow and oxygen purity without obstructing fluid flow, offering high accuracy and stability.

Principle of Ultrasonic Technology
Ultrasonic flow detection is based on the principle that ultrasonic waves carry flow velocity when transmitted through a fluid. By detecting the received ultrasonic signal, the fluid flow rate can be measured. Additionally, ultrasonic concentration detection relies on the variation of sound travel speed in a binary gas mixture with different molecular weights.

Main Features
  • Adopts cutting-edge ultrasonic technology
  • Small size, stable, high accuracy, and low cost
  • No need for routine calibration
  • Long lifespan (>5 years)
  • Customizable options available

Main Applications
  • PSA oxygen concentrators
  • Anesthesia machines
  • Medical ventilators
  • Oxygen analyzers

Ultrasonic Oxygen Sensor for Medical Applications
These sensors are crucial in respiratory monitoring, capnography, anesthesia, COPD monitoring, and oxygen generation. They help reduce the size and cost of medical equipment while maintaining high accuracy.

PSA Oxygen Concentrator
A PSA oxygen concentrator enriches oxygen from ambient air using PSA technology to separate O2 and N2. It is reliable and economical for small to mid-scale oxygen generation, with a typical purity of less than 95% due to the presence of other gases like Ar and CO2.

Anesthetic Machine
An anesthetic machine supports anesthesia administration by providing a continuous supply of medical gases mixed with anesthetic vapor. Modern machines include ventilators, suction units, and patient monitoring devices.

Medical Ventilator
A medical ventilator assists patients who cannot breathe independently by moving breathable air into and out of the lungs.

What is Ultrasonic Oxygen Sensor-1

An oxygen sensor is an electronic device that measures the proportion of oxygen (O2) in the gas or liquid being analysed. Oxygen sensors are used in oxygen analyzers which find a lot of use in medical applications such as anesthesia monitors, respirators and oxygen concentrators. Ultrasonic oxygen sensor uses the ultrasonic velocity difference between upstream and downstream to detect the gas flow and also the oxygen purity for oxygen concentrator. And the biggest advantage of ultrasonic technology is no need of routine calibration and long life span. Principle of ultrasonic technology Ultrasonic flow detection theory: When the ultrasonic wave transmits in the fluid, it will carry flow velocity under the influence of fluid velocity. Fluid velocity can be measured by detecting the received ultrasonic signal to obtain the fluid flow rate. The feature of ultrasonic flow measurement is no obstructing fluid flow, etc. Ultrasonic concentration detection theory: when the binary gas mixture composition has molecular weight difference, sound travel speed varies from different gas composition. Main applications • PSA oxygen concentrator • Anesthesia machine • Medical ventilator • Oxygen analyzers Main features • Cutting-edge ultrasonic technology adopted • Small size, stable, high accuracy, low cost • No need of routine calibration • Long life span (>5 years) • Customized available
