Ultrasonic Oxygen Sensor for PSA Oxygen Concentrator Application PSA oxygen concentrator general introduction PSA Oxygen concentrator has been widely used in personal and medical treatment for oxygen supply. It adopts PSA technology to separate the O2 and N2 in air for continuous O2 supply. During the oxygen supply, PSA oxygen concentrator needs oxygen sensor to detect the concentration and flow range. Ultrasonic oxygen sensor has been widely used in PSA oxygen concentrator to measure the oxygen concentration and flow. Normally, the purity of oxygen concentrator is less than 95%, because during the air separation, there is also gas like Ar, CO2 apart from O2 and N2.
