Oxygen Sensor Recommendation for PSA Oxygen Concentrator
Overview: This document provides recommendations for three models of oxygen sensors suitable for PSA oxygen concentrators: Gasboard7500B, Gasboard7500C, and Gasboard7500E. Each model is designed for specific measurement needs and offers various features.
Recommendations:
- Gasboard7500B: Recommended for oxygen concentration measurement only. It is small, stable, highly accurate, and cost-effective.
- Gasboard7500C: Suitable for both oxygen concentration and flow measurement. It is stable, highly accurate, and certified with CE and ROHS, ensuring EMC compatibility.
- Gasboard7500E: Also recommended for oxygen concentration and flow measurement, featuring a small size, stability, high accuracy, and compliance with CE and ROHS standards.
Features: All models incorporate cutting-edge ultrasonic technology, require no routine calibration, have a long lifespan of over 5 years, and offer customization options. They have passed EMC tests to reduce interference.
Technical Specifications:
- Output: All models provide UART_TTL/Analog output.
- Application: Designed for PSA oxygen concentrators.
- Measurement Range: Oxygen concentration measurement range is 0-100% vol for all models.
- Flow Range: Gasboard7500B does not measure flow, while Gasboard7500C and Gasboard7500E measure flow in the range of 0-10L.
- Response Time: Gasboard7500B has a response time of 25 seconds, whereas Gasboard7500C and Gasboard7500E have a faster response time of 1.5 seconds.
- Working Conditions: All models operate within a temperature range of 10-50℃ and a humidity range of 10-85% RH non-condensing.
- Dimensions: Gasboard7500B measures 70*38*18.4mm, Gasboard7500C measures 70*33*18.4mm, and Gasboard7500E measures 120*22*13.6mm.
- Power Supply: Gasboard7500B and Gasboard7500C require a power supply of 5V-12VDC, while Gasboard7500E requires 12.0±0.5VDC.
- Working Current: All models have a working current of less than 50mA.
