What's NDIR technology? • NDIR CO2 gas sensor instruments measure carbon dioxide concentration by relying on one of the natural properties of CO2 molecules: CO2 molecules absorb light at a specific wavelength .This wavelength is in the infrared range. High concentrations of CO2 molecules absorb more light than low concentrations. This technique is called non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) detection. Connection Digital output：TTL electrical level， voltage signal is 0 or 2.5v，pay attention to level switching when connecting external circuit, computer circuit is illustrated below： Baud rate：9600bps Data bit：8 ; Stop bit：1 Check bit：null I/O definition VCC：DC3.5V～6V (recommend: VCC=5V） A. If CPU is powered by 2.5 – 3.3V, CO2 gas sensor can be connected directly and make communication. Note: RXD of CO2 gas sensor is connected to TXD of CPU.
