TPF Detector: Bending of the differential pressure tube affected pressure detection accuracy. The solution involved reshaping the tube and sealing it to ensure unobstructed airflow.
Water in Instrument: Water vapor was found in the precision filter. The solution was to stop sampling, adjust the pump connections, and run the system to expel moisture.

Installation Issues 1) TPF Detector Issues Describe: Bending of the differential pressure tube leads to poor ventilation, it affects the accuracy of pipeline pressure detection in the chimney. Solution: The bending phenomenon of the equipment is the structural defect of the field frequency design (caused by insufficient space). Our engineer adopts the 8mm PTFE tube to heat the shape to a 90 degree angle, then dock with the original air tube, and sealed with insulating tape to ensure that pipeline is unobstructed. 2.
