The Peach Pitter model 320 APA-E is the direct evolution of the model 320 APA. An electronic system managed by a PLC (Programmed Logic Controller) has been implemented on this model. Thanks to the new automatic continuous orientation system (patented internationally), the 320 APA-E ensures a percentage of well oriented peaches equal to the torque pitting system (average efficiency of 90%) with no need for manpower, unlike the non-continuous aligning systems.
