Abrasive Powders:
  • Carbo Blast™: Soft, suitable for most conformal coatings including Parylenes, Silicones, Urethanes, Epoxies, Acrylics.
  • Soda Bicarbonate: More aggressive, used for solder mask and oxidation removal.
  • Plastic Blast: Harder than Soda Bicarbonate, removes many conformal coatings.
Additional Components: The system can be complemented with work chambers, black light bulbs for UV detection, dust collectors, and electrostatic field meters for ESD monitoring.
