The ECO-BLASTER™ Micro Abrasive Blaster utilizes a unique pressure feed system to propel a finely graded abrasive powder into a high pressure air stream and out through the nozzle and hand piece assembly. By accelerating the abrasive powder to high velocities with high pressure gas, a multitude of tasks are achieved such as cutting, deburring, etching, surface texturing, surface finishing, glass engraving, glass beading of machined parts, preparation of fossils, gems, minerals and artifacts, and so much more. Optional accessories include a magnetic base and an air pressure regulator. For applications that require precision and accuracy, CRYSTAL MARK, INC. offers the SWAM BLAST® line of Micro Abrasive Blasters. By introducing a defined amount of abrasive powder into an independently controlled air stream and out of a selected nozzle tip, Total Process Control is achieved.
