Test Procedure
Each pump manufactured by CRYOSTAR undergoes mechanical and cryogenic testing before shipment to ensure performance meets customer specifications. Key performance metrics such as differential head, flow rate, seal gas consumption, pump efficiency, NPSH, noise, and vibration levels are measured and documented for the customer.

Performance and Quality
The pumps are designed in compliance with guidelines like the IGC 11/82 norm. They are capable of handling various liquids such as LOX, LIN, LAr, LCH4, and LH2, with a design pressure of 6000 PSI, which can be increased upon request. The pumps are available in simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations, with flow rates multiplied by 2 for duplex and by 3 for triplex.

Applications
The pumps are suitable for cylinder and buffer tank filling applications.

Features
The pumps feature a cold end, drive, and TEFC motor mounted on a painted steel base, V-belt drive and guard, and are designed for quick and easy maintenance. They offer a compact, heavy-duty construction with a dependable oil-lubricated drive and internal oil pump. Additional features include a discharge line, surge chamber, high-pressure relief valve, and contamination-free pumping.

Options
Available options include vacuum jacketed suction adapters, sliding bases with drip trays for LH2, 37° flare medium and high-pressure porting, and control panels with fully automatic control systems. Piston diameters available are 1.312”, 1.625”, and 50 mm.
