Possono essere inserite con estrema facilità, grazie alle ridotte dimensioni, in piccole e grandi linee di produzione. Possono garantire alte produzioni, arrivando a ca. 2100 pezzi/ora, già fornite di cartina di separazione. Con una semplice regolazione di una vite, si può variare il peso degli hamburger da 70 a 180 g. Sono disponibili anche forme diverse sostituibili senza l’uso di attrezzi. La macchina è dotata di nastro di uscita, collegabile ad altri sistemi di confezionamento, in modo da evitare la manipolazione del prodotto e di conseguenza la formazione di cariche batteriche. Le hamburgatrici PLANUS sono costruite in acciaio inox AISI 304 e altri materiali alimentari come richiesto dalle norme Europee in vigore dal 1/1/95 (Direttiva 98/37/CE e sue successive modifiche). Tutte con marchio “CE”. Le PLANUS sono macchine semplici, smontabili senza l’uso di attrezzi per una totale pulizia, che le rendono utilizzabili anche da personale non specializzato. Thanks to their small dimensions, these machines can be fit without any problem into small or large production lines. They can guarantee approx. 2100 pieces/hour, already with separating paper. Regulating a nut, it is possible to change the weight of the hamburgers from 70 to 180 g. there are also available different forms, which are easily replaceble without the use of tools. These machines has an outfeed conveyor just to manipulate as less as possible the formed product and to avoid the bacterial growth. They are built from stainless steel AISI 304 and other food material, as requested by the European laws effective from 1/1/95 (Directive 87/37/CE and successive modifications). All “CE” marked. Die vollautomatischen Hamburgermaschinen der Baureihe PLANUS formen Hamburger aus Fleisch, Fisch, Soja und anderen Lebensmitteln. Der Standarddurchmesser beträgt 100 mm. Dank der schmalen Abmessungen lassen sich die Maschinen problemlos in kleine und große Produktionslinien einfügen. Die Maschinen garantieren eine hohe Leistung, bis ca. 2.100 Stück/Stunde, mit Papiertrenneinlage.
