Electronics Nylon 6,6 Cartridge Filters

Product catalog summary
Overview: ENM Filter Cartridges are designed for the electronics and high purity chemical industries, offering cost-effective particle removal below the rated pore size. They are suitable for DI water, photoresists, developers, and compatible chemicals. Each cartridge is rigorously tested for integrity and quality.
Construction Materials: The cartridges are constructed with a Nylon 6,6 membrane, supported by polypropylene components, and sealed using thermal bonding. Various O-ring materials are available, including Buna, Viton, EP, Silicone, and FEP encapsulated options.
Dimensions: Cartridges range from 5 to 40 inches in length with a nominal outside diameter of 2.75 inches. The filtration area is 7.0 ft² per 10-inch length.
Applications: Suitable for UP DI water, chemicals, solvents, process water, photoresists, and developers.
Integrity Test Specifications: The cartridges are tested for air diffusion rates at various pore sizes, ensuring performance under specified pressure conditions.
Operating Parameters: Maximum differential pressure is 50 psid forward and 40 psid reverse at 20°C. The operating temperature is up to 82°C at 10 psid.
Sanitization/Sterilization: Cartridges can be sanitized using filtered hot water, autoclave, or in-line steam, with specific conditions for each method. Chemical sanitization is limited to mild agents like 1% hydrogen peroxide.
Quality Assurance: The manufacturing facility meets ISO 9001:2008 standards, ensuring high-quality production in clean rooms. Real-time data collection drives continuous improvement.
Flow Rate: The flow rate table provides typical water flow rates at a 1 psid pressure differential for different pore sizes.
Ordering Information: Cartridge order numbers are determined by variables such as pore size, end cap type, and O-ring material. An example configuration is provided for reference.
