The system laminates simultaneously on both sides of flat or curved panels, delivering a flawless, air-free and wrinkle-free result with the film contour matching the desired panel A fully automated Pick & Place infeed, combined with advanced sensing, straightens, detects and aligns each part to compensate for positional variation. Servo-driven web control ensures accurate film transport, die-cutting and tension management before precise lamination. After processing, waste is removed and rewound, and an outfeed Pick & Place enables semiautomatic tray loading.Suitable for substrates such as glass, acrylic, plastics and metal; curvature can be handled in one direction (production direction).
