Scope of Line and Features
Compac-Noz^TM Non-Slam Check Valves are available in sizes ranging from 12" to 60" and conform to ASME B16.34 & API 6D pressure classes 150 - 4500, as well as API 6A pressure classes 2000 - 15000. They feature API 594 end-to-end dimensions and are available with flanged, butt-weld ends, hub ends, and special configurations. A wide range of construction materials is available, and the valve is offered in a wafer design.

High Performance Non-Slam Nozzle Check Valve
The primary function of these check valves is to protect equipment by preventing backflow, which can cause damage and events like water hammer. The Compac-Noz^TM valve is designed to be compact, lightweight, and quick-closing, with a short face-to-face design that meets API 594 standards. Applications
Compac-Noz^TM valves are suitable for various applications including compressor discharge, feedwater, cooling water, blowdown, steam, extreme units, propylene units, catalytic cracking, hydrotreating, pipelines, and pump compressor stations. Main areas of application include gas transmission, power generation, petro-chemical, chemical processing, hydrocarbon processing, and water transmission.

Technical Information and Advantages
These valves offer ease of installation, compactness, lower weight, and lower pressure drop compared to similar valves. Testing and Standards
Each valve undergoes hydrostatic testing to API 598 standards, with additional cryogenic and fire tests available.
