Overview: Craig & Derricott has been manufacturing pushbutton control stations for over 50 years, refining designs based on customer feedback. The 'Classic' range includes two main series: the '32 Series' and the '22 Series'.
32 Series Control Stations (IP65): These stations feature heavy-duty aluminum actuators with cast flap covers, designed for secure operation. Emergency Stop devices are available, which operate with a single push action. The series includes various models with different enclosure materials (polyester, die-cast aluminum, flush) and configurations (spring return, pull-to-reset, key reset).
Flap Covers: The '32 Series' uses die-cast aluminum flap covers with options for non-locking, padlockable, and emergency stop applications. Engraving is available for indicating function.
Enclosures: Available in polyester, die-cast aluminum, and flush designs, these enclosures are suitable for harsh environments, offering IP65 sealing and various temperature ranges.
Pushbuttons: Selected for strength and reliability, these components are modified for use under flap covers. They include spring return and key reset actuators, with standard S1 contact blocks providing 1 N/C + 1 N/O contacts.
22 Series Control Stations (IP65): Incorporating Schlegel components, this series offers various configurations including Emergency Stops and Start/Stops, available in die-cast aluminum, polycarbonate, flush, and stainless steel enclosures.
Enclosures: Options include die-cast aluminum, polycarbonate, flush, and stainless steel, each designed for specific applications and environments, with IP65 sealing as standard.
Pushbuttons: Schlegel actuators are used for heavy-duty applications, featuring position indicators for Emergency Stops. Contact blocks are from the Schlegel 'M' series, supporting up to three blocks per actuator.
Customization: Bespoke assemblies are available, allowing for tailored arrangements to meet specific requirements, including paint finish and special contact arrangements.
