Energy Saving Shrink Tunnel C O M PAC T 4 5 0 K An All-Rounder for Display Packaging Each COMPACT K features Kallfass’ patented ring nozzle heating system that ensures a uniform high-velocity hot air flow. Quick and even heat transfer shrinks the film to form tight, crease-free packaging. This optimised shrink process consistently achieves display packaging for the highest demands when polyolefin films are used. An infinitely variable tunnel fan speed matches shrink performance to product and film requirements. With the use of a maintenance free plasticmesh-belt and riser bar, the tunnel perfectly avoids even slightest marks at the product underside. A small footprint, an adjustable air flow and a precise temperature setting in conjunction with highly effective tunnel insulation do significantly reduce power consumption. COMPACT K shrink tunnels are designed to work with fully automatic overwrapping machines, such as Kallfass’ UNIVERSA, UNIVERSA SERVO, SERVO PACKER or SERVO JET, and are same suited for applications where a flexible yet performing tunnel is required.
