Description The SCS Pay On Foot System components include the SCS En‐ try and Exit Terminals (working in conjunction with CPE\APE barrier gates), the SCS Paystation, Merchant Validators, Central Server and optional Centralized Cashier Station. Based upon the traditional ticket centered Pay On Foot system, the SCS solution replaces expensive disposable tickets with reusable plastic smart cards.
