Scalping Screen DESCRIPTON FEATURES Multi deck design allows for graduated disc spacing CP’s Scalping Screen, typically positioned just prior to the CP Disc Screen, removes small fiber, containers and Serrated elliptical discs made of 1/2” thick steel plates fines to enhance the recovery of valuable recyclables. While the smaller fiber and containers fall through the Easy access to each rotor Waterfall design, along with clocked, elliptical discs discs, the larger pieces continue on to the CP Disc ensure optimum agitation of material Screen for the final cut. Depending on your volume, the Scalping Screen can have 1, 2 or 3 decks for maximum separation.
