Suction Cups for Labels

Industry-specific Applications:
The VPAL suction cups are designed for gripping and handling IML labels or flexible materials. Their extra-flat shape and flexible lip make them suitable for these tasks. They are made of silicone, compliant with food compatibility standards (FDA and CE 1935/2004).

Materials:
The suction cups are made from SIBL5 Blue Silicone with a hardness of 50 Shore.

Accessories:
Coval provides a range of accessories to optimize the use of suction cups, including nozzle fittings, spring extensions, and feeder systems.

Suction Cup Characteristics:
The suction cups are available in different sizes (VPAL 10, 15, 20) with specific dimensions and deflection values. The actual force of the suction cup is calculated with a 65% vacuum and a safety factor of 2.

Suction Cup Dimensions:
Dimensions are provided for each model, with all measurements in millimeters.

Choice of Fittings:
Fittings are available in both male and female types, made from aluminum. The fittings are compatible with all VPAL models (10 to 20).
